Q: Do you provide towels?
A: We can provide towels on request.
Q. Do you have private parking facilities?
A. Unfortunately, we have no private parking facilites but the road directly outside the hotel is free and has no restrictions.There is also a pay and display car park directly opposite the hotel, which costs £5.00 per day.
Q: Do you have family rooms?
A: We have a couple of large family rooms with en-suite facilities.
Q: What is the Hotel’s smoking Policy
A: We have allocated smoking and non-smoking bedrooms. Smoking is not permitted in public areas.
Q: What time is breakfast served?
A: Breakfast is served at 8.30am everyday. We can provide an alarm call service if required.
Q: Do you do an alternative breakfast to full english?
A: You can just pay for ceareal and Toast and with advance warning we can provide alternative breakfast options.
Q: What time do you lock the Hotel front door at night?
A: Each room has their own key to the hotel, so you can come and go as you please. But ask all guests to respect others and keep noise to minimum after 11pm.
Q: What time do we have to vacate our room on day of departure?
A: We ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10am. We will collect keys at 9.45am.
Q: Can we pay by credit card or switch card?
A: YES, we take all major credit and debit cards.
